Long-Term Care Nurse Aide - FlexTrack CAN
*New* Hybrid Long-Term Care Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
The Hybrid Long-Term Care (LTC) Certified Nurse Aide course is designed to prepare you for
success in the two-part competency exam required for CNA certification. Upon completing the
program, you will be eligible to take both the skills and written exams to become a Certified
Nurse Aide in the state of Oklahoma. Tuition includes the cost of books, testing, a stethoscope,
and the first attempt at both the skills test and written exam.
Key Program Details:
The LTC-CNA program comprises 35 hybrid hours, 24 in-person skills lab hours, and 16
clinical hours (scheduled separately), for a total of 75 hours. The program must be
completed within 12 weeks, and students are required to log in and complete coursework
at least twice per week.
Before enrolling, students must complete a background check, drug screening, and
present proof of two negative TB tests (must be at least 10 days apart). The drug screen

At the time of enrollment, students must also present a valid government-issued photo ID and their original Social Security card along with their negative TB test results.
All students are required to attend an in-person orientation, held every Monday at 1:00PM.
Basic computer skills are necessary for this program. Students can choose to complete the
35 hybrid hours either from home or in the classroom. If choosing the home option, a
computer compatible with our online Learning Management System (LMS) and Google
Chrome is required.
