Preserve your garden's bounty and protect your family's health by learning to use your pressure canner. Pressure canning is the only safe way to can low-acid foods such as green beans.  In this make-and-take class we'll take the mystery out of this simple but sometimes intimidating process. A canner will be supplied in class. Prerequisite: Completion of a GCTC canning class within the last three years.
