Phlebotomy Application Fee

This fee covers the creation of ONE student account. For each additional account, a separate charge will be incurred. Enrollment in the educational program will be withheld until all associated fees are settled. This fee is separate from all other course and enrollment fees and is non refundable. All candidates must apply for acceptance into the program. The application process may take 2-3 weeks to complete and includes a background check and drug screening. Application invitation is only valid for 28 days. Once approved, your approval is only valid for 6 months. Mobile devices are not compatible with application process.
