CNA/CMA Application Fee

Please read:  This fee covers the creation of one student account. For each additional account, a separate charge will be incurred. Enrollment in the educational program will be withheld until all associated fees are settled This fee is separate from all other course & enrollment fees and is non refundable. All candidates must apply for acceptance into the program. The application process may take 2-3 weeks to complete and includes a background check, and drug screening. Candidates will be required to provide proof of negative Tuberculosis testing, valid photo ID and original social security card to enroll. Application invitation is only valid for 28 days. Acceptance invitation valid for 6 months from acceptance date.
